Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a data reporting analyst at our Kenosha, WI headquarters to drive reporting and analytical insights across product management and supply chain. The role focuses on turning data into information, building Tableau and Power BI dashboards, and partnering with finance, purchasing, and operations to guide decisions.

You'll manage reporting portals, ensure data integrity, and deliver weekly sales, pricing, and inventory analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL queries to generate reports from ERP/MRP-based systems.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and Oracle Database; VBA programming.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Data Lake, and Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word).
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage data reporting and availability strategy for the Tools Group.
• Use Tableau and ERP data to generate reports; manage data reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate across departments on product management data issues.
• Produce weekly sales reports, warranty analysis, pricing and stock reports.
• Support pricing, promotions, and gross margin analysis; assist inventory reporting.
• Improve data accessibility via Tableau/Power BI for decision making.
