Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of data analytics or product data management experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in electrical sales, data analysis, product data management, category management support, merchandising analytics, supply chain analytics, or related business analytics role
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with ability to communicate insights clearly
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining product data governance procedures and workflows to enhance customer experience.
• Continuously improve and enrich product data to ensure attribute completeness.
• Provide product analysis for Marketing, E-Commerce, Pricing, Operations, and Sales.
• Support category objectives, vendor initiatives, and communications with strategic vendor performance plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party data providers.
• Create and maintain vendor dashboards to analyze key vendor performance and identify opportunities.
• Provide category insights to inform vendor strategies and align with markets.
• Leverage cross-reference tables and vendor data to streamline sourcing and substitutions.
• Analyze data updates, cost changes and related adjustments.
• Analyze inventory breadth and depth from a category perspective and track performance.
• Model and maximize vendor incentive programs.
