Job summary

Snap-on is onsite at the Corporate Headquarters in Kenosha, WI, seeking a data-driven professional to coordinate product management and supply chain analytics. The role focuses on building reporting capabilities, leveraging Tableau, and turning data into actionable business decisions.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to maintain accurate reporting, analyze weekly trends, and support pricing and sourcing initiatives with clear data insights.

Responsibilities

  • General: Create and manage data reporting and availability strategy for the Tools Group. Use Tableau and other queries and reporting from ERP systems and data tables. Responsible for all aspects of product management and supply chain data reporting and analysis.
  • Product Management: Weekly sales reports and trends, warranty analysis and problem identification, marketing funding amounts due, $1M new product tracking, supplier purchase information, and vendor repair database.
  • Marketing: Support competitive pricing and gross margin analysis. Coordinate all price changes, printing of price lists, and review of new and promotional offers.
  • Purchasing/Pricing: Generate supplier data and insights to support sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:

Coordinate, execute, and support key product management and supply chain operations with critical information analysis and reporting. Ensure that processes are effectively documented and managed, and that opportunities for improvement are implemented and shared across team. Manage complex supplier, supply chain, and sales information reporting. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. Provide ongoing financial and business case analysis to support team decisions. Help manage Tableau data reporting portal for division.

Key Tasks:
