Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a senior product strategist to shape CCx digital customer experiences. You will translate customer insight, market trends, and product data into a clear strategic direction and aligned roadmaps.

Define and evolve the multi-year product strategy for digital CX across support, learning, and success, and run analyses to guide investment decisions. You will embed AI into research, synthesis, planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy or product management at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
• Deep understanding of digital customer experience, self-service, and AI-driven customer engagement.
• Proven ability to influence across product, engineering, design and operations without direct authority.
• Flexible or remote work persona available.

• Define and evolve the multi-year product strategy for digital CX across support, learning, and success.
• Run competitive and market analysis, size opportunities, and use customer research to guide investment decisions.
• Embed AI into research, synthesis, planning, and execution while applying appropriate judgment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy or product management at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
• Deep understanding of digital customer experience, self-service, and AI-driven customer engagement.
• Proven ability to influence across product, engineering, design, and operations without direct authority.
• Base pay range: $148,900 - $230,600 plus equity, incentives, and benefits.
