The 9-week program, based in Waltham, MA or San Francisco, CA, offers hybrid work with in-office days and mentorship to develop skills in product strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program with 1 year left.
• Prior work experience in strategy, consulting, product management, or related business/technical roles is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and operational plans with Product/AI teams.
• Conduct market, competitive, and business research to inform recommendations.
• Improve reporting, hiring, and staffing processes across functions.
• Track metrics on product performance and operational efficiency.
