Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences seeks a highly motivated intern to join the Product Strategy & Operations team. You will support strategic initiatives for the Digital & AI organization, working with product managers, designers, and business functions to analyze market trends and shape roadmap priorities.

The 9-week internship runs June 14th–August 13th, 2027, with hybrid work in Waltham, MA or San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $35/hour, 40 hours/week, and interns receive mentorship and formal training.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate program with 1 year left in study.
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product management, or related business/tech role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, AI/Data Science, Design, and Business leads to shape strategy and plans.
• Conduct market, competitive, and business research to inform strategic recommendations.
• Detail initiatives to improve product development, staffing, tracking, and selling processes.
• Partner with business functions to improve reporting and staffing workflows.
• Ask critical questions to guide strategic prioritization in line with business needs.
• Monitor product performance, operational efficiency, and financial metrics; surface insights.
• Support training and education of internal stakeholders on product strategy and roadmap.
