Qualifications

• At least 6 years of product management experience in technology-enabled products or business capabilities.
• Experience translating complex business needs into implementable product requirements for technology teams.
• Experience coordinating across business and technology stakeholders and serving as a liaison between SMEs, product stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Experience with product discovery, process analysis, requirements prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies, including AI, to reimagine how we work.
