Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or CE is required.
• 5+ years of progressive software engineering, with mortgage finance exposure.
• Experience with API, Java, AWS, Spring, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs.
• Lead technical efforts on large/complex projects within development teams.
• Collaborate with product owners to determine features and user stories.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to vision and standards.
• Provide production support and quick repair to keep applications live.
• Act as technical lead for an Agile team and participate in ceremonies.
• Utilize DevOps tool stack to build, inspect, deploy, test, and promote features.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
