Stone Co is seeking an experienced Product Manager to design and evolve the squad's product strategy, aligning business vision, data insights, and technical feasibility. You will conduct discoveries to validate opportunities and collaborate on epics and stories with the Tech Lead.

You will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make decisions in fast-paced environments with incomplete information, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in product management.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and roadmap management.
• Ability to make decisions in high-pressure environments with incomplete information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical capacity and data-driven decision-making.
• Autonomy to manage multiple stakeholders and lead squad routines with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve the squad's product strategy, connecting business vision, data, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct discoveries to identify new opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Create, prioritize, and refine epics and stories alongside the Tech Lead.
• Manage the product backlog to ensure visibility, clarity, and coherent prioritization.
• Make product decisions in scenarios with multiple simultaneous features in development, testing, and pilot stages.
• Define and monitor success indicators using data-driven decision-making.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between product, technology, and business teams.
• Provide structured visibility of deliveries, risks, and results to leadership.
