Job summary

Northern Trust Corp. seeks an Associate Product Manager to help execute the strategy of the product umbrella under supervision, working closely with the Lead Product Manager and Product Executive. You will manage product lifecycle tasks, define target client segments, support launches, and conduct post-launch reviews.

You will also maintain materials and support sales with RFP responses and client pitches. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills are required,

Qualifications

• A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
• Related industry qualification such as ACCA; SAFe PO is preferred.
• Knowledge of 2–3+ NT products or business areas within an umbrella and an understanding of client needs and how this impacts the product development agenda/roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery and innovation by creating client personas and evaluating competitors.
• Assist in new product planning activities by deriving forecasts, composing product requirements and establishing future metrics.
• Display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
• Support new product introduction by creating the risk analysis.
• Track customer satisfaction, evaluate metrics and KPIs, gauge channel performance, conduct post product launch audits.
• Provide sales support through RFP response and review.
• Monitor capital and expenses and rate card alignment across regions.
