Qualifications

• Knowledge of Product Management principles, Agile methodologies, and the product development lifecycle.

• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering valuable product outcomes.
• Experience supporting product delivery, testing, release readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Domain PM, Engineering Manager and Scrum Teams to deliver features across the lifecycle.
• Support product discovery & design, story writing, and agile delivery with engineering teams.
• Handle release communications and management, and monitor product performance.
• Follow up on product maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to achieve outcomes.
