Job summary

Petmate is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Arlington, TX to support development, execution, and optimization of product lines. You will work with Design, Engineering, Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales to gather consumer insights, analyze competitive activity, and drive new product initiatives through the lifecycle.

The role focuses on pricing strategy, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration, with growth opportunities toward full product ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in product management, marketing, merchandising, or a related role; CPG or durable goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining expertise on assigned product categories using research data.
• Support development of annual product line roadmaps and long-term category strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prepare launch materials, pricing proposals, and timelines for internal milestones and customer presentations.
• Monitor product performance and contribute to SKU rationalization decisions.
