Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Associate in the Credit Solutions Team to translate customer needs into clear requirements and help shape product experiences.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver value through a disciplined, data-informed lifecycle. In this role you will partner with the Product Manager, conduct user research, define opportunities, and track metrics to guide prioritization.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a closely related domain.
• Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Experience supporting discovery, requirements definition, and backlog refinement.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform product decisions.
• Developing proficiency in data literacy and basic product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through customer discovery and market research
• Conduct and support user research activities, including interviews, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
• Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of feature changes to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience
• Define, track, and interpret product performance metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement
• Monitor delivery outcomes against time, cost, and quality targets across the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmap execution, scope, and delivery milestones
• Communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and delivery partners
