Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Consultant for USRM Specialty Frontier and Product Development. The role blends frontier work—convergence, legacy consolidation, and go-forward product operationalization—with specialty product development, research, pilots, and executive signaling.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to shape recommendations and ensure alignment into future Frontier offerings, gaining exposure to multiple products and programs while shaping strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information management, economics or other quantitative field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in data concepts, strategies and methodologies.
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data architectures, operations and designs.

Responsibilities

• Drive product convergence analysis by researching opportunities and recommending go-forward solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define converged product requirements.
• Develop and manage roadmaps and project plans for initiatives and migrations.
• Gain consensus on recommendations across key stakeholders in the product ecosystem.
• Lead business-simplification projects and monitor risks and dependencies.
