Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a Product Strategy Analyst to help develop vision and roadmap for Medicaid/CHIP IT Applications. You will perform technical analysis, guide policy interpretation, and coordinate with business users and IT vendors to ensure MES functionality.

The role involves planning, backlog management, PI planning preparation, and active participation in discovery to align with the program roadmap.

Qualificações

• Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in business, CS, or MIS.
• Experience in business analysis, project/product management, or related field (3+ years).
• Experience in an agile environment preferred or required.

Responsabilidades

• Support roadmapping to develop a product backlog with HHSC stakeholders.
• Document risk factors, dependencies, enablers and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with vendor discovery to refine features and define enablers, wireframes, and POCs.
• Mentor and guide Medicaid and CHIP Applications teams on implementation.
• Provide QA-related consultation or oversight of product enhancements and initiatives.
