Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product stewardship, chemical regulatory affairs, or regulatory compliance experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• U.S. chemical regulatory compliance, including TSCA, OSHA HazCom, EPA requirements, FIFRA, and state regulations.
• TSCA activities including PMNs, SNURs, inventory assessments, exemptions, and regulatory reporting.
• Regulatory screenings for new and existing products and substances.
• SDS and product label development and compliance.
• Product registrations, notifications, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
• Regulatory guidance that helps the business understand not just what the rules say, but what they mean for our products and customers.
