$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Exciting Opportunity: Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Specialist

As a Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of innovative products across the Americas. Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure product stewardship reviews for new materials and products.

· Lead global product registrations and manage regulatory compliance for the gas and solvent business.

· Oversee FDA food contact product portfolio and support new Food Contact Notification (FCN) submissions.

· Advocate for product safety and stewardship with government agencies, trade associations, and NGOs.

· Monitor and communicate regulatory changes, assess their impact on the business.

· Work closely with global teams to manage customer requests and ensure product compliance.

· Provide training and support on regulatory and product safety topics.

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).

· 5-10 years of regulatory affairs and product safety experience (TSCA, FDA, etc.).

· Strong chemistry background, including polymer chemistry and knowledge of fluorochemistry/fluorogases.

· Experience with international regulatory programs is a plus.

· Proficient in office software and ERP systems.

· Willingness to travel up to 15%.
