Job summary

Game District is seeking a highly analytical Product Specialist to shape the future of our mobile entertainment products. You will design features, run experiments, and analyze player data to inform strategy and monetization.

Collaborate with engineers, artists, marketing, and QA to deliver high-quality features, review user feedback, and contribute to the product roadmap with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
  • Genuine passion for mobile entertainment products and curiosity about how they are built, balanced, and monetized.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and mathematical models.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and document new product features, LiveOps events, and progression systems.
  • Set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Analyze user behavior, product data, and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Model and balance user journeys, behaviors, and monetization funnels using spreadsheets and mathematical simulations.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends in the mobile entertainment space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Artists, User Acquisition, and QA teams to ensure features are delivered with quality and clear intent.
  • Review user feedback from community channels, app store reviews, and Discord to identify actionable insights.
  • Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and support the development of the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding of A/B testing, statistics, or experimentation frameworks
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Educational background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field
  • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro
