Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager in Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics to provide BI support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers. You will develop tools to improve workflow, design analytics, and deliver critical information for leadership.

The role emphasizes data querying, dashboard design, and cross-functional collaboration across healthcare-related domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Skilled in gathering requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and resolve technical challenges quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with proactive approach.
• Experience querying, manipulating, and aggregating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement metrics and analytics for leadership.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data.
• Assist in mentoring less experienced analysts.
