Job summary

You will collaborate with Engineering, Business and Product Management to leverage emerging tech for partners, from concept to data analysis and support, owning execution and advising on product strategy while building tools and automating processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of coding experience in one or more languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Partnership teams to develop cutting-edge solutions and provide consulting services to partners.
• Help partners with day-to-day challenges as subject matter experts, delivering scalable solutions and troubleshoo ting technical issues.
• Propose, design, create, and present proofs-of-concept prototypes and demos to broad audiences.
• Perform implementation reviews; advocate for new product features and provide partner feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Deliver business intelligence by leveraging data sources to drive decision making.
