Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Solutions Director within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) to guide sales advisory and deliver data governance and AI-enabled capabilities. You will work across business, technology, and control teams to develop strategy and drive end-to-end delivery of data governance solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders and engineers to define use cases, assess dependencies, and balance quality with timeliness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex data governance and AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales to capture market opportunities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise product solutions teams on client-facing products and capabilities while crafting complex solutions and assessing risk.
• Manage end-to-end product solution strategies across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic pricing and RFP responses.
• Oversee collection of client feedback and relay insights to Product teams.
• Drive strategy and roadmaps for data governance and AI-for-data capabilities.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders and leaders.
