JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Solutions Director in the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), Data Governance, to lead end-to-end data governance initiatives, AI-for-data capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and control teams.

You will drive strategy and roadmaps while partnering with Sales to capture market opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading and delivering multi-team solutions across product clusters.
• Experience facilitating sales cycles and developing strategy/processes.
• Experience implementing AI/data governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise on solutioning and risk assessment to enhance customer experience.
• Develop end-to-end product solution strategies and governance roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales on strategic pricing, RFPs, and collateral.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for teams.
• Drive data governance initiatives and AI-for-data capabilities.
