Qualifications

• Proven leadership in delivering multi-product solutions across teams.
• Experience guiding sales-driven solutioning and strategy development.
• Ability to map customer needs to end-to-end product roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with data governance, AI-enabled data, and risk controls.
• Extensive experience shaping enterprise data/AI strategy in large orgs.
• Strong written/spoken communication to technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to balance speed and quality under deadlines.
• Capability to translate needs into actionable requirements with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Advise Product Solutions on client-facing product adoption and risk assessment to improve customer experience.
• Lead development of end-to-end product solution strategies and processes.
• Partner with Sales to shape strategic pricing and respond to RFPs.
• Collect and relay client feedback to Product teams for continuous improvement.
• Drive data governance strategy, tooling, and AI-for-data capabilities roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and engineers to define use cases and requirements.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to executives with precise terms and examples.
• Manage multiple priorities and cross-functional partnerships to meet deadlines.
• Ensure solutions stay relevant to stakeholder needs from requirements to production.
• Define customer-centric approaches linking data governance to measurable outcomes.
• Work with business, technology, and control teams to deploy production-ready solutions.
