Product Solution Engineer – Full‑time Remote Position

We’re looking for a Product Solution Engineer who will be responsible for defining product vision, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing product lifecycle, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy based on market research and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launch and support.
• Collaborate with utilities and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to navigate interconnection requirements, resolve pushbacks, and achieve project approvals.
• Apply regional market knowledge, including local building codes, NEC/NFPA standards, and utility‑specific interconnection rules.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Review SLD and code compliance issues with product teams, AHJs, utilities, and help push products through the process.
• Build and develop training and one‑pager materials for new and existing products for customers and consumers.
• Act as a bridge between Product Managers and Technical Service Engineers.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product strategy.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Oversee product development timelines and deliverables with project management skills.
• Manage field implementation of products in accordance with NEC, utility, and AHJ regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or field management, or Master/Contractor trade license (electrical or mechanical) with 6 years of verifiable experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk during field and office work.
• Willingness to travel for product support, customer meetings, conferences, and demonstrations.
