Job summary

Field AI is transforming robotics by delivering field-ready AI systems that tackle real-world challenges on active job sites. This Software Engineer, Product role focuses on customer-facing software at the intersection of embodied AI, robotics, and data, shipping features from design to production.

You will collaborate with AI, robotics, product, and commercial teams to turn robot-captured data into intuitive, high-impact software used on job sites worldwide, supporting both backend and frontend

Qualifications

• Typically 5-10+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with MongoDB and Redis; AWS deployment and cloud familiarity.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack product features from design through production.
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js (Express) and Python.
• Develop modern frontend with React and implement 3D visualization using Three.js/WebGL.
• Design APIs, data models, and architectures; collaborate with AI, robotics, product, and commercial teams.
