Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Software Engineer, Product to own customer-facing software at the intersection of embodied AI, robotics, and real-world data. You’ll collaborate with AI, robotics, product, and commercial teams to transform robotically captured data into intuitive software used on active job sites globally.

This hands-on role focuses on shipping real products, working close to customers, and deploying work beyond a lab or dashboard.

Qualifications

• Typically 5-10+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with data modeling, APIs, and UI/UX tradeoffs; hands-on with MongoDB/Redis and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack product features from design through production.
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js (Express) and Python.
• Develop modern frontends using React.
• Implement 3D visualization features using Three.js / WebGL.
• Design APIs, data models, and architectures with clean design principles.
