Job summary

Storm2 is seeking a hands-on software engineer in San Francisco, CA to build customer-facing features end-to-end and ship production code. You will work closely with founders, speak directly with customers, and own product areas from idea to launch.

You should have at least 5+ years of software engineering experience, a strong product mindset, and a track record of shipping software that impacts activation, engagement, or revenue. Equity is included along with a competitive cash package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in software engineering.
• Built and shipped software products yourself.
• Wrote production code as primary responsibility.
• Shipped features end-to-end and owned outcomes.
• Run experiments that improve activation, conversion, engagement, retention or revenue.
• Worked directly with customers to understand problems and shape solutions.
• Data-informed decision making.
