Job summary

Doosan Bobcat offers a student program designed to empower young professionals. Co-ops are full-time, 8-month experiences immersed in corporate and production environments, while internships are part-time, semester-long and potentially extended across multiple terms.

The roles span across 18 different functions, giving students hands-on experience with real-world projects and opportunities to engage with skilled professionals at a global company.

Qualifications

• Freshman to Senior seeking a degree in Ag System Technology, Ag Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Excellent communications skills and high level of motivation.
• Travel required (as part of program)
• Attention to detail; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player, fast learner, adaptable to change.
• Self-starter and able to work with limited guidance.
• Commit to Doosan Bobcat for the full term (8 months co-op or 4 months internship).
• Basic computer skills; ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble products for Service Manual revision and/or Labor Time verification.
• Conduct trend analysis of product field performance.
• Operate products for audit and verification purposes.
• Use statistical tools for advanced prediction of machine warranty.
• Communicate directly with our dealer network.
• Process warranty return parts and participate in tear down analysis.
• Troubleshoot dealer technical questions on machines needing repair.

Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internship positions are a part‑time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
