Product & Services Contract Administrator
Position Overview
Seeking a Product & Services Contract Administrator to manage contracts, vendor relationships, project execution, and non-regulated utility products and services. This role supports contract compliance, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth initiatives across utility programs including lighting solutions, EV charging infrastructure, and emerging energy technologies.
Responsibilities
Contract Administration
- Negotiate, execute, and manage commercial contracts, amendments, and renewals.
- Monitor contract compliance, SLAs, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Maintain contract documentation and coordinate issue resolution with Legal, Procurement, and Risk teams.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Track vendor performance, quality, safety, and cost metrics.
- Conduct vendor reviews and corrective action planning.
Project Coordination
- Oversee projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Construction, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, and Legal teams.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project risks.
Financial & Business Operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and invoice reviews.
- Track program performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with business case development and pricing strategies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contract and service-related issues.
- Support relationships with commercial, municipal, and institutional customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused energy solutions.
Reporting & Compliance
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, utility regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Support audit preparation and risk mitigation efforts.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, buyer, or supplier management roles.
- Experience negotiating, administering, and monitoring commercial contracts.
- Utility industry experience preferred.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Salesforce, JD Edwards, ERP systems, CRM platforms, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Customer Care & Billing (CCB), Documentum, Hubble, or similar systems preferred.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.
