Job summary

Columbia Bank in Tigard, Oregon is seeking a cybersecurity leader to guide a team protecting our product security. You will drive governance, risk and training, and partner with product teams to embed security across development lifecycles.

The role requires 4–7 years in cybersecurity and leadership, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. This onsite position offers a comprehensive benefits package and salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
3–5 years of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (preferred).
4–7 years of information or cybersecurity across multiple domains (preferred).
Proven experience in a cybersecurity leadership role.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of cybersecurity professionals focused on ensuring the security of our products.
Develop and implement training and awareness programs for employees.
Monitor and report on cybersecurity metrics to track effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the product lifecycle.
Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and proactively address risks.
Maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation E, and related policies.
