The role requires a strong leadership background, excellent communication, and familiarity with agile approaches in cybersecurity, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 3-5 years in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (preferred).
• 4-7 years of cybersecurity experience across multiple domains (preferred).
• Proven leadership in cybersecurity with focus on product security, training and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to secure products and services.
• Develop and implement training and awareness programs for employees.
• Monitor and report cybersecurity metrics to drive improvements.
