Job summary

Salesforce’s Platform Security team is seeking a hands-on security engineer to lead the security assurance of the user-facing experience and UI layers of the platform. You will drive threat modeling, design reviews, and secure-by-default patterns across web runtimes and rendering pipelines.

You will own AI and agentic risk, develop gates for high-risk actions, and define least-privilege scopes along with audit logging for agent integrations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in web/application security and modern UI/frameworks.
• Experience threat-modeling across complex web/UI/data-access environments.
• Ability to reason about AI/LLM/agentic risk in product work.
• Track record of authoring security standards and leading cross-team programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead security assurance for the experience and UI layer across web frameworks and runtimes.
• Drive threat modeling, security design reviews, and code reviews for front-end and back-end surfaces.
• Define least-privilege scoping, audit logging, and short-lived credentials for agent integrations.
• Manage AI/agentic risk, including prompt injection and data-access security.
