Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software/EE/CE/CS or related field
• 5+ years focused on cybersecurity
• Strong experience in software development
• Product cybersecurity leadership across teams
• Risk analysis for threats and vulnerabilities
• Compliance and documentation leadership for cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Own product cybersecurity compliance execution across software teams.
• Lead the software incident response team and response process.
• Lead threat analysis, risk assessment, and cybersecurity planning for product features and releases.
• Define mitigation plans and convert cybersecurity requirements into executable engineering work.
• Lead CVE assessment, prioritization, and response coordination.
• Own compliance evidence and assessment documentation for software cybersecurity obligations.
• Build practical, repeatable cybersecurity processes for teams.
• Define risk thresholds, response levels, and escalation criteria.
• Contribute to mitigation design and implementation.
• Responsibilities will scale with experience.
