Regal Rexnord seeks a Cybersecurity Product Engineer to lead product security across software teams, defining processes and compliance approaches. Based at our Radford, VA HQ, you will drive incident readiness and translate security obligations into engineering work in a hands-on, agile environment.

You will shape cybersecurity planning, CVE response, mitigation strategy, and compliance documentation, partnering across teams to deliver secure product features on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of focused experience around cyber security.
• Strong experience in software development required.
• Product Cybersecurity Leadership: lead compliance, risk analysis, and mitigation planning across teams.
• Experience leading complex initiatives and influencing decisions without direct reporting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own product cybersecurity compliance execution across software teams.
• Lead the software incident response team and response process.
• Lead threat analysis, risk assessment, and cybersecurity planning for product features and releases.
• Define mitigation plans and convert cybersecurity requirements into executable engineering work.
• Lead CVE assessment, prioritization, and response coordination.
• Own compliance evidence and assessment documentation for software cybersecurity obligations.
