Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Product Security Specialist to perform security evaluations, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments across internal and external products. You will write automation scripts, trace code to confirm scanner findings, and work with development teams to embed security throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong technical proficiency across multiple languages, excellent communication, and the ability to manage fast-changing priorities in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with security evaluations, code reviews, and development.
• Familiarity with static/dynamic scanners and programming languages listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Perform security evaluations and code reviews across products.
• Trace source code to validate scanner findings and suggest remediation.
• Develop scripts to automate scanning and integrate scanners with CI pipelines.
