Surya Inc. is seeking a Product Coordinator to manage product samples across furniture, lighting, accessories, and rugs.

You will act as a key hub between development, design, sales, photography, and international teams to ensure timely reception, tracking, and availability of samples according to project timelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, design-focused environment in a full-time clerical

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of product coordination, product development, merchandising, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in home furnishings or similar industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all incoming product samples across categories (furniture, lighting, accessories, rugs).
• Maintain a centralized sample tracker with status, delivery dates, revisions and approvals.
• Coordinate sample shipments and resolve delays or issues.
• Receive, organize, unpack and assemble samples for internal review.
• Prepare samples for development, design, sales, photography, and showrooms.
• Schedule and coordinate sample review meetings and ensure samples are available for review.
• Ensure final samples are labeled and stored in designated locations.
• Organize samples by category, vendor, collection, or development stage.
• Coordinate sample pulls/returns for photography, events, and displays.
• Maintain records of sample locations, status, approvals, and movement.
• Communicate timelines and updates to internal and international teams.
• Ensure samples are ready ahead of launches, shoots, and market appointments.
• Identify delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect samples and escalate.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to keep timelines on track.
• Support general product coordination and admin tasks as needed.
