Job Summary

Medline has an immediate opening for a Product Sales Specialist in our Capital product division. This position is remote for candidates located in Texas!

The Product Sales Specialist will cover the Great Plains territory, including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. The role involves executing sales strategies to achieve targets, representing the division as a product expert, and supporting sales teams with targeting, pitching, in-servicing, and supporting conversions, among other responsibilities.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop target lists of potential accounts in cooperation with sales reps.
  2. Support the execution of overall strategy and go-to-market approach, including conducting and delivering business reviews, preparing competitive analysis, and guiding teams in utilizing these insights.
  3. Prepare and present technical/clinical proposals, foster relationships with decision-makers, and deliver product demonstrations.
  4. Facilitate program creation, trial support, and implementation, including customer support and physical product conversions.
  5. Develop and conduct customer in-services and technical training, monitor customer feedback, and troubleshoot complaints.
  6. Conduct market research, identify trends, and provide feedback for product improvements and innovations.
  7. Track client metrics, sales forecasts, and activity on accounts to meet targets, and provide updates on key account progress.
  8. Serve as a product expert within the organization, contribute to technical presentations, and participate in industry events.
Required Experience:
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field.
Work Experience
  • At least 2 years in product management, development, or sales.
  • Knowledge of products, customers, and market needs, with ability to analyze trends and develop presentations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75% for business purposes.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours during in-services.

Salary range: $77,480 - $112,320 annually, commensurate with experience and location. Compensation includes bonus/incentives.
