Product Sales Specialist - Capital Equipment and Furnishings

Job Summary

Medline has an immediate opening for a Product Sales Specialist in our Capital product division. This position is remote for candidates located in Washington. The Product Sales Specialist will cover the Pacific Northwest territory, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and North Dakota. The role involves executing sales strategies to meet sales targets, representing the division as a product expert, and supporting sales teams with targeting, pitching, in-servicing, supporting conversions, setting up and conducting trials, and post-trial reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Develop target lists of potential accounts with sales reps.
  • Support overall strategy execution and market approach. Conduct business reviews with Division Product Management, prepare and present business plans, and produce competitive analyses.
  • Prepare and present technical/clinical proposals, foster relationships with decision-makers, and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Support program creation, trial support, and implementation. Assist sales reps and provide ongoing customer support. Conduct physical product conversions when needed.
  • Conduct market research, identify trends, and provide feedback for product improvements and innovations.
  • Track client metrics, sales forecasts, and activity on accounts to meet targets. Record activities and support deal closures.
  • Serve as a product expert, contribute to technical presentations and strategy, and participate in industry events and training.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field.
  • At least 2 years of product management or sales experience.
  • Knowledge of products, customers, and market needs; ability to analyze trends and develop presentations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and independent action.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75%, including out of state, and work non-traditional hours during in-services.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $85,280 - $123,760 annually, commensurate with experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Role may be bonus or incentive eligible.
