Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Product Safety Engineer for a top semiconductor test and automation technology client. This candidate will serve as the primary safety and compliance resource supporting advanced compute test equipment development.

They will partner closely with hardware, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams to integrate product safety requirements early in the design process, perform risk assessments, coordinate certification efforts, and drive regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of product safety and compliance engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of IEC/EN 61010-1 standards.
• Hands-on ability to perform product safety testing.
• Experience coordinating with certification bodies, test labs, and regulatory organizations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and drive compliance initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities
