Tundra Technical Solutions is recruiting for a contract technician to support Boeing projects. The role involves disassembling system components, basic troubleshooting, testing, and fabrication to spec, with safety responsibilities for aerospace equipment and supervision-based work.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to obtain a security clearance, and be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts. Proficiency with basic tools and Microsoft Office is required.
This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
Assists with disassembly of systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes. Assists with basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components. Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications. Assists with performs tasks associated with the safe handling of a simple aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations). Works under supervision.
