Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Product Quality Project Lead to join our onsite team in Chicago or Peoria, IL.

You will lead cross-functional teams to resolve customer quality issues and drive CPI initiatives while coordinating with service engineering, design control, and manufacturing. You will manage multiple projects, develop data-driven recommendations, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• OR Associate's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• OR Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, program leadership, product quality, engineering, data analytics, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to resolve customer and field product quality issues.
• Guide DMAIC/CPI processes to develop and implement timely, cost-effective production and service solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design control, product support, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams to investigate quality concerns.
• Review warranty data and quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Engage customers, dealers, and internal teams to assess results and communicate progress.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards for quality trends and project status.
• Support NPI programs by assessing carry-over risks and field performance.
• Present status, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
