Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Quality Coordinator, Product Quality, to review batch documentation and ensure accuracy per GDP and cGMP standards. You will prioritize daily schedules and maintain compliant data practices.

The role requires a degree preference, strong Excel/Office skills, and familiarity with GMP practices. Exposure to powders and allergens is possible; a team-based, detail-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Proficient basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Familiar with GMP and Good Documentation Practices.
• Experience with AS400, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Veeva and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Checks in-process data, including weights and other information, for compliance with specifications.
• Completes final reconciliations for compliance.
• Manages investigations, deviation reports and rework documents when required.
• Raises GDP issues to Lead/Supervisor as needed.
• Updates batch status in AS400 and SAP.
• Adheres to SOPs and cGMP guidelines; maintains safety and attendance.
• Runs and maintains reports and trends key indicators.
