Job summary

True Fitness Technology is seeking a Product Analyst I to join our technology team. This hands-on role focuses on testing, validating, maintaining and improving our platforms behind fitness equipment.

You'll work across software, online and embedded systems, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety, reliability and performance across generations of consoles and components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 2 years of software quality assurance/testing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience testing the nexus between software and motor control systems is a huge plus.
• Experience with AV setups, including head-end systems, IPTV, and set-top boxes a huge plus.
• Experience with design and development of firmware for microcontrollers for embedded systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly test software applications and systems.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure the stability and reliability of our products.
• Collaborate with development teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems, and work with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on the quality and readiness of software releases.
• Automate test cases and implement test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability of testing processes.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our software products.
