Job Title : Senior Technical Project Manager

Core Tasks And Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Manage relationships with teams, business partners, and stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of goals
- Develop project plans to share with clients and staff
- Support Change Management by documenting changes, assessing impacts, and preparing necessary documentation for CAB meetings
- Use and develop leadership skills continually
- Identify opportunities for internal process improvements
- Provide guidance or leadership support to less experienced colleagues
- Influence colleagues internally and externally to follow best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Experience, And Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of proven project management experience
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
- Understanding of common project management methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)
The salary for this full-time role ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
