Job Title : Senior Technical Project Manager

You will manage large-scale projects from inception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
Core Tasks And Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance to analyze the achievement of goals.
- Support change management by documenting requested changes, assessing impacts, and preparing necessary documentation for CAB meetings.
- Develop leadership skills and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues and influence best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Experience, And Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management (5+ years).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
- Understanding of common project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
The salary range for this full-time role is $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
