Job Title : Senior Technical Project Manager

Location : US (Remote)

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated servant leader who believes in agile values and has a passion for process optimization and efficiency. You will manage large-scale projects from inception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

Core Tasks And Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance to analyze the achievement of goals.
• Support change management by documenting requested changes, assessing impacts, and preparing necessary documentation for CAB meetings.
• Develop leadership skills and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues and influence best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills, Experience, And Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management (5+ years).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
• Understanding of common project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).

The salary range for this full-time role is $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
