Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic AutoCAD skills and experience with factory/production line layout planning preferred.
• Basic understanding of ERP/MES systems is preferred.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Day and Night Shift Production Operations.
• Ensure real-time engineering support across all shifts to maintain production efficiency and stability.
• Analyze Production Efficiency and Manpower Allocation.
• Evaluate cycle time, manpower utilization, and line balancing to improve capacity.
• Troubleshoot Production Issues and Line Abnormalities.
• Drive Process Improvement Initiatives with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain Process Documentation and SOPs for accuracy and traceability.
• Support MES System Stability and Issue Resolution.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards.
