Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas in Plano, TX is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations and lead continuous improvement across shifts. You will analyze production efficiency, improve line balancing, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and IT to resolve issues and push automation initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering with 0–3 years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and basic AutoCAD/ERP/MES

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or production environment (internship ok).
• Proficient with Excel/PowerPoint and basic ERP/MES understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support Day and Night Shift Production Operations.
• Provide real-time engineering support to maintain efficiency and stability across all shifts.
• Analyze Production Efficiency and Manpower Allocation.
• Evaluate cycle time, manpower utilization, and line balancing to improve capacity.
• Troubleshoot Production Issues and Line Abnormalities.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and quality risk.
• Drive Process Improvement Initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and update SOPs to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Support MES system stability and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
