Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or production environment (internship experience is preferred).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic AutoCAD skills and experience with factory/production line layout planning are preferred.
• Basic understanding of ERP/MES systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to support different shifts and work schedules based on production demands.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
• Self‑motivated with good time management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Day and Night Shift Production Operations Ensure real‑time engineering support is available across all shifts to maintain production efficiency and operational stability.
• Analyze Production Efficiency and Manpower Allocation Evaluate cycle time, manpower utilization, and line balancing to continuously improve capacity and resource efficiency.
• Troubleshoot Production Issues and Line Abnormalities Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and mitigate quality risks.
• Drive Process Improvement Initiatives Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement continuous improvement and enhance overall operational performance.
• Maintain Process Documentation Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Support MES System Stability and Issue Resolution Monitor and resolve Manufacturing Execution System (MES) issues to ensure stable system performance and production support.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards
• Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements.
