Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Product Portfolio Operations for Cobrand Card. The role focuses on end-to-end operating model, delivery excellence, and audit-ready governance.

You will partner with Product Owners and Engineering leadership to align strategy, drive continuous improvement, and lead a multi-disciplinary team across the portfolio. This is a senior leadership position requiring strong collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale agile transformations (LeSS, SAFe).
• Expertise with Agile and Scrum in product development; coaching Scrum/Agile principles.
• Ability to use organizational metrics to foster continuous improvement and communicate performance.
• Strong stakeholder influence and executive presence; excellente communication and PM skills.
• Understanding of LeSS/SAFe and data quality in portfolio tooling; Jira hygiene.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at scale in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership in coaching and situational leadership to build high-performance organizations.
• Self-motivated with clear, timely communication and decision-making frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the operating model to align product and technology roadmaps and enable transparency on progress, risks, and impediments.
• Lead and mentor Agility Leads and Product Agility Leads for continuous improvement across agile product development.
• Set transformation strategy and OKRs for the portfolio; drive metrics-based narrative and performance.
• Champion continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase productivity; guide cross-product events.
• Coach Product Owners on backlog health and planning to ensure clarity and flow.
• Lead, develop, and performance-manage a multi-disciplinary team.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, urgency, and accountability; provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Own the program’s tooling strategy and roadmap; deliver executive dashboards and narratives.
• Establish data quality standards across JIRA and related systems; promote JIRA hygiene.
• Communicate plans, risks, and performance to senior leadership and partners.
• Facilitate across multiple organizations and complex stakeholder groups.
