Meta is seeking a product-focused strategist to join its Product Policy team as a Product Policy Manager for GenAI. You will advise Meta Superintelligence Labs' product and engineering teams as they launch multi-modal GenAI products and features, coordinating with policy, product, legal, design and marketing colleagues.

Success requires deep AI policy experience, ability to prioritize across competing workstreams, and a passion for developing responsible AI products that connect people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in political science, policy, law, communications, computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product policy, public policy, law, government, national security, product management or related field.
• Understanding of AI policy and technology policy, including stakeholders, research initiatives, and industry trends.
• Experience working autonomously and cross-functionally to develop policies and solve ambiguous, complex problems.
• Experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams with competing priorities to reach decisions on policy or product direction.

In this role, you will provide direct policy counsel to Meta Superintelligence Labs' product and engineering teams as they launch new multi-modal Gen AI products and features. You’ll achieve this by collaborating with a range of cross-functional stakeholders, including policy, product, legal, communications, design, and marketing teams.Successful candidates will have expertise in AI technologies and tech policy, with an understanding of the AI policy and regulatory landscape, including industry trends.
